Whether you’re new to exercising or a fitness pro, we’re here to provide you with personalized coaching and support inside and outside the club. Our professional programming, tools, and guidance will help you stay on track, reach your goals, and get to a healthier place.


Burn: Using intervals of work followed by short recovery periods, we work to strengthen our cardiovascular system and improve our muscle tone. Both cardio intervals and strength training with dumbbells and barbells are integral pieces of this class, built to improve fitness levels in a fun, motivating environment. High Intensity interval Training will maximize your performance and speed! 


Barre: Barre provides a challenging, low impact workout designed to increase muscle definition by building lean muscle and by improving posture, alignment, and core strength. Performing lots of repetitions with not a lot of weight allows participants in a Barre class to sculpt and tone the smaller muscles that surround and stabilize the bigger ones! Shape your gluteus medius and your gastrocnemius in this fun class (plus learn what/where those muscles are)! 



Vinyasa Flow Yoga: *Flow Yoga: Connect breath with movement in this yoga class that smoothly links basic and advanced yoga poses together into an energetic flow sequence. This workout offers challenges for both the beginning and advanced practitioner. Regular class attendance builds strength, flexibility, stamina, spinal alignment, and detoxifies the body, creating a sense of overall well-being. Series of poses take participants through variations of sun salutations, inversions, and backbends, as well as standing, balancing, and seated poses. We finish with relaxation in shavasana.


Strength: An AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) style workout, Strength challenges your muscles while focusing on simplicity and form. Blocks of work focus on lower body, upper body, and core. Though the exercises are simple, you will find challenge through lifting heavier and finding the right weight choice to change your body. Add a fire playlist, and this class is a sure way to improve lean muscle mass, increase metabolism, and learn to lift in a fun environment! 


Zumba: Take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.


Cardio Dance: Fun, effective movements rooted in music. 


Senior Fit: Centered around increasing balance and strength, this class will improve overall health and wellness through increased mobility of the body. There are many benefits of balance training including improved performance, flexibility, and injury prevention. This class focuses on challenging muscular control through both stationary and mobile movements. This class was designed with the 60+ population in mind; however, is great for anyone looking to improve overall well-being!


Chair Yoga:  With gentle and mindful movement, move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level.
