We offer high-energy dance cardio classes, gentle, restorative yoga, and everything in between. Our professional programming, tools, and guidance will help you stay on track, reach your goals, and get to a healthier place, all while building community with others who share your goals, energy, and motivation!



AMP stands for Athletic Movement & Performance. This small-group HIIT-style class involves the use of MyZone heart rate monitors to ensure participants are achieving the results they came to achieve.

It's a fun and high-energy workout sure to complement your training plan regardless of what your health and fitness goals are!



Using intervals of work followed by short recovery periods, we work to strengthen our cardiovascular system and improve our muscle tone. Both cardio intervals and strength training with dumbbells and barbells are integral pieces of this class, built to improve fitness levels in a fun, motivating environment.

High-intensity interval training will maximize your performance and speed! 



Barre provides a challenging, low-impact workout designed to increase muscle definition by building lean muscle and improving posture, alignment, and core strength. Performing lots of repetitions with not a lot of weight allows participants in a Barre class to sculpt and tone the smaller muscles that surround and stabilize the bigger ones!

Shape your gluteus medius and your gastrocnemius in this fun class (plus learn what/where those muscles are)!

Turn Up Cardio Dance

Turn Up Cardio Dance

The Turn Up is more than just a dance fitness class, it’s a movement! To evolve unapologetically, live loudly, dance ruthlessly and OWN our greatness together, while we take our fitness to the next level as we turn all the way up!

By combining dance with elements of fitness (HIIT, Toning, and Active Recovery— #CoreFour) we are able to connect and use our workout as a release therapy, as well as a way to stay active, healthy, and get physical results!



An AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) style workout, Strength challenges your muscles while focusing on simplicity and form. Blocks of work focus on the lower body, upper body, and core. Though the exercises are simple, you will find challenges through lifting heavier and finding the right weight choice to change your body.

Add a fire playlist, and this class is a sure way to improve lean muscle mass, increase metabolism, and learn to lift in a fun environment! 



Take the “work” out of a workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Connect breath with movement in this yoga class that smoothly links basic and advanced yoga poses together into an energetic flow sequence. This workout offers challenges for both the beginning and advanced practitioner.

Regular class attendance builds strength, flexibility and stamina, aids spinal alignment, and detoxifies the body, creating a sense of overall well-being. Series of poses take participants through variations of sun salutations, inversions, and backbends, as well as standing, balancing, and seated poses. We finish with relaxation in Shavasana.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga

With gentle and mindful movement, move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.

Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level.

Senior Fit

Senior Fit

Centered around increasing balance and strength, this class will improve overall health and wellness through increased mobility of the body. There are many benefits of balance training including improved performance, flexibility, and injury prevention. This class focuses on challenging muscular control through both stationary and mobile movements.

This class was designed with the 60+ population in mind; however, is great for anyone looking to improve overall well-being!

Melissa Boorse

About Melissa Boorse

My name is Melissa. I am the Group Fitness coordinator. I have been teaching Group fitness for 8+ years. I started out as a Concept 2 Row instructor. I then began teaching indoor Cycle and now can teach a multitude of formats. I enjoy not only being a group fitness instructor, but I also enjoy the people in the classes. I love how they/we become friends and encourage one another, challenge each other, and help hold each other accountable.

Becoming an instructor has helped me to love and enjoy working out. I have now started road biking and hiking which is something I never thought I would ever enjoy doing. Getting into regular physical activity and healthy habits can lead to so many more activities, which makes life so much more enjoyable.

About Michelle Morton

Hi, I’m Michelle and I have been teaching fitness classes for a little over 10 years. I love teaching in a group setting because it’s motivating to be surrounded by like-minded people and it fosters healthy competition.

Watching members go from a group of people who do not know each other when starting out, to growing into a family and people who care about one another is the best feeling.

I love watching people improve over time and helping them fall in love with moving their bodies and exercising. My goal is to make fitness FUN!

My name is Abby and I’m a Licensed Recreational Therapist and a Certified Silver Sneakers Instructor.

I’ve worked for thirty years in Nursing Homes/Rehab Facilities and as a Silver Sneaker Instructor for eight years. Being with older adults is my jive and has always been even as a young girl.

My husband and I enjoy traveling, camping, and hiking. I’m glad to be a part of the Fuel Team!

From there I enlisted into the marine cops where I operated heavy equipment but also coached overweight marines to get back into standard. Now I do competitive powerlifting but also coach all walks of life to find their own healthy lifestyles.

About Gavin Anglin

Gavin is a very professional and hard-working personal trainer and nutrition consultant. His passions are faith, family friends, fitness and food. He works hard to help others achieve the highest levels of health and well-being possible.

Gavin graduated from Appalachian State University in the spring of 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition and food. He also just recently completed the Dietetic Internship and graduate certificate program in nutrition with North Carolina Central University in Durham in the spring of 2023 to become a Registered Dietitian.

Originally from London, England I came to America with an athletic scholarship for swimming as well as to complete two bachelor of science degrees in Exercise Science and Sport Management.

During my time in college, I completed a Personal Training certification and also became a corrective exercise specialist. Since graduating in 2020 I have also become a certified nutrition coach. All certifications through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM).
