The 4-Point Fitness Inspection is the first of two complimentary sessions.
There are 4 major keys to fitness: Knowledge, Safety, Proper Movement, and Behavior. In the 4-point inspection, one of our certified personal trainers will sit down with you and go over each of these topics in great detail:
The Trainer Experience Session is the second complimentary session, and it is pretty much just what it sounds like.
Your Personal Trainer is going to take all of the information that they learned from you in the first session and take you through a workout specifically developed for you based on that information.
The trainer’s overall goal is to see where you are today, where you want to be, and go over any of the Club’s programs that are going to ensure that you get to where you want to go.

This place has literally everything you need. Let me save you time and tell you there’s no need for a tour. Every possible machine, free weights galore, friendly staff and great environment. 24 hours is even better. They have child care too. You have a post workout smoothie bar to get your much needed nutrition. Go ahead and pull the trigger in this place. You won’t regret it.
Gym culture is HUGE, especially for females. The gym is a common place for uncomfortable confrontation for a lot of females. My girlfriend has been to 3 different gyms in mooresville and had multiple bad experience at every one. We've been going to FUEL for 6 months now and she hasn't had one negative encounter. Very pleased with the culture here.
Fuel Fitness has really helped me start to achieve all of my fitness goals and stay on target. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Very welcoming environment. They have a large group fitness class schedule. I like how they have classes Monday through Saturday! I highly recommend their cycling and muscle sculpt classes.
Great atmosphere, open spaces and super friendly staff. I highly suggest this gym if you are looking to work with a personal trainer, James is absolutely professional and passionate about helping to achieve my goals. I'm always excited to come in for my sessions.

Originally from London, England I came to America with an athletic scholarship for swimming as well as to complete two bachelor of science degrees in Exercise Science and Sport Management.
During my time in college, I completed a Personal Training certification and also became a corrective exercise specialist. Since graduating in 2020 I have also become a certified nutrition coach. All certifications through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM).

My name is Melissa. I am the Group Fitness coordinator. I have been teaching Group fitness for 8+ years. I started out as a Concept 2 Row instructor. I then began teaching indoor Cycle and now can teach a multitude of formats. I enjoy not only being a group fitness instructor, but I also enjoy the people in the classes. I love how they/we become friends and encourage one another, challenge each other, and help hold each other accountable.
Becoming an instructor has helped me to love and enjoy working out. I have now started road biking and hiking which is something I never thought I would ever enjoy doing.
